DESCRIPTIONS OF CARAVAN ACCOMMODATION
Parking is next to each caravan for convenience of access. All caravans have microwave, colour television and gas fire, are carpeted and have duvets, sheets, pillows, pillow cases and extra blankets. (towels, tea-towels, loo paper and matches are not provided.) FREE HOT WATER, GAS, ELECTRICITY AND BEDLINEN
	VICTORIA (was Super A);- Luxury 35/37 x12ft.- 3 bedroom (2-6 berth) caravan. Modern, fully insulated caravans with heating throughout. Most have double glazing and central heating. One double and two twin bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and handbasin. Separate W.C. with hand basin. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious sitting and dining area.
	ALBERT (was Super B):- Luxury 28/32 x 12 ft. – 2 bedroom (2-4 berth) caravan. Modern, fully insulated caravans with heating throughout. Most have double glazing and central heating. One double and one twin bedroom. Combined shower, hand basin and W.C. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable sitting and dining area.
	BEATRICE (was Type B):- Modern 28/30 x 10ft. – 2 bedroom (2-4 berth) caravan. Fully insulated with heating throughout. One double and one twin bedroom. Combined shower, hand basin and W.C. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable sitting and dining area.
	YORK (was Type C):- Comfortable 35 x 12 ft. – 3 bedroom (2-6 berth) caravan. These older caravans continue to be popular. One double and two twin bedrooms. Combined shower, hand basin and W.C. Centrally located fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Spacious sitting area.
	OSBORNE (NEW FOR 2008):- Spacious 39 x 12 ft. – 4 bedroom (2-8 berth) caravan. Modern fully insulated caravans with double glazing and central heating. One double and three twin bedrooms. Combined shower, hand basin and W.C. Separate second W.C. with hand basin. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker and fridge. Spacious sitting and dining area.
Holiday Flats
FREE HOT WATER, GAS, ELECTRICITY AND BEDLINEN. All our flats have colour televisions, are comfortably furnished and carpeted and are supplied with duvets, sheets, pillows, pillow cases and extra blankets. Electric Hoovers and cleaning equipment are provided.
Flat 1	Flat 1:- 4 bedroom maisonette. Sleeps up to 8 people. A superb, self-contained centrally- heated and double glazed maisonette on the 1st. and 2nd. floors. Large sitting/dining room with breathtaking views over the Solent and West Cowes Harbour. Adjoining fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. One double and three twin-bedded rooms. Combined bathrooms on both floors with shower, bath, hand basin and W.C.
