Whatever you seek on your visit to the Isle of Wight you are unlikely to be disappointed and Waverley Park is ideally located to offer you the best base to explore the island.

Waverley Park is within walking distance of mainland ferry connections, local bus routes and Osborne House, Queen Victoria 's favourite home. The internationally renowned yachting centre of Cowes with its many shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants is a comfortable stroll away via a chain bridge which is free for pedestrians.
A gate at the foot of the park gives access to the unspoilt esplanade, popular for fishing, sailing, crabbing and water sports.

Bar and nightly entertainment
From late May until mid-September the licensed club house with its sun terrace is open every day for meals, bar and family activities or live music. The heated outdoor pool is open all day at this time of year. Young and old alike are welcome to join in or simply relax on the terrace and watch the cruise ships sailing from Southampton and the magnificent Solent sunsets.

Childrens play area
The terrace overlooks the children’s play area and provides parents with an ideal spot to watch their children playing safely. The games room and table tennis room are open during the summer season, too.

Outdoor pool
Open Whitsun – September. The heated outdoor pool proves popular throughout the summer - for those not brave enough to try the Solent at the other end of the park!

Showers and washrooms
The showers and washroom facilities are recently built. The facility provides plenty of capacity and free hot showers all year round. Laundry and dishwashing facilities are also available.
