The total number of persons shall not exceed those stated on the booking form. All animals must be registered on the booking form whether in caravans etc. or on the camping field
Once a booking has been confirmed the hirer is responsible for the total advertised price.
In the event of cancellation after receipt of the balance, if we are able to re-let the accommodation, we will at our discretion, refund all or part of the monies received, less reasonable expenses. Cancellations must be notified in writing. Deposits are non-returnable. (Camping fees once paid are non-returnable for whatever reason.)
YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE HOLIDAY INSURANCE AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
For holiday flats and static caravans the period of hire is from 3p.m. on the due date when one key to each unit will be supplied. All accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the morning of departure. Camping sites must be vacated by 12noon on departure date or an additional day will be charged.
Keys must be handed in to the office and not left in the caravan. If you are leaving early in the morning, please drop the keys through the letterbox to the office.
The company cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or accident to persons or private property, including private cars, however caused.
It is understood that anyone reserving a holiday on the site has read and understood the booking conditions and agrees to abide by them.
